The aim of the project of the resort complex is creation of local resort on the base of balnealogical recourses and recreation potential of the district.

The total length of the Black sea beaches of region is 15.35 km including 10 km in limits of the project: from the port of Mirniy village to Adgee-Baychi lake.

The Adgee-Baychi lake isn't valuable as a resort recourse.

The valuable resource in the project region is the Oyboursky lake which is characterized by having high mineral water (brine) and medical dirt which may be used for curing of musculoskeletal system, peripheral nervous system sicknesses and others.

The square of the Oyboursky lake is about 6 km2, in the dry period of the year it reduces to 5 km2. Dirt bed is concentrated in the western side of the territory, the supplies are about 8400 m2. With physical and chemical property of the dirt correspond to the sanitary demands. Average annual stock of the brine is 9 mln. m3.

The estimated coast of this project is over 130.5 mln. Euro. The social part of realization of this general project, that is building of roads, sport facilities, objects of trade, service, beach territory will cost 160 thous. Euro per 1 h.

General plan of "Resort Oybursky" also includes developing of settlements Shormovoe,Popovka, widening of theirs borders, improvement of infrastructure at the expense of resort development.

The total square of resort is 1700 h, of them 334.5 h. is recreation building.

The project I planned to be completed till the year of 2025.
