Under preliminary estimation in Crimea there is a zone (The North-East of Crimea), where it is possible to grow rape under modern technology without irrigation, which is prospective in provision the Crimea with fuel.

Construction of one bio-diesel plant with capacity of 12 thousand tones per year will allow to supply the own-produced and ecologically safe fuel to the region.

Estimated cost of one complex projected is 4 million USD.

Production of tying products, namely: glycerin – 2,3 thousand tones per year, and oilcake – 22.5 thousand per year.

Total volume of sales per year as estimated expected to be 12 million USD, with net profit – more than 700 thousand USD.

Rape growing and supplying of raw materials will be guaranteed at the expense of agricultural producers of the Crimea.
